Lumin u1 vs auralic g2 Nov 3, 2021 · My question is has anyone compared the Lumin U1 , U2 mini , Auralic g2. I curious about others experience with these two streamers. Gross generalisations I know. I would imagine that Lumin and Innous have thier own “house sound” and even aside from sound quality each one has different virtues. I ruled out the dCS Network Bridge due to reading reviews and posts about it being kind of finicky. I’m planning on getting a streamer soon and I’ve come to focus my attention on two units, the Lumin U1 and the Auralic Aries G2. I have upgraded the Ares II to a Denafrips Iris DDC feeding a Pontus II. I found even the U1 Mini to be sonically competitive with the much more expensive Auralic Aries G2.
