Ender 3 weird motor noise. Troubleshooting and solution 3.

Ender 3 weird motor noise It's for sure coming from the hot end, but also has not effected the printing at all. I have replaced both motors as well both lead screws and brass nuts and still getting the same results. 1 Abnormal noise caused by the nozzle scraping the model during filling. Next is the more substantial and difficult task of eliminating the fan noise. It sounds awful, like a duck call but lower pitched, and it sends vibrations through the whole frame of the printer. Phenomenon description Control shaft movement/printing found abnormal noise on the motor. I've determined via the duration and timing of such noises that it's tied to some, but not all, y axis movements. 1 Check if the motor wires of the abnormal noise motor are well connected, and if there is a transfer board, the port of the transfer board also needs to be checked. Troubleshooting and solution Check whether the motor wire of the abnormal sound motor is connected properly. After doing this, when I move the z axis and let it sit there, it makes noise. exlkcko whkueyu hhnqo cxmbmaz sujzsa zzx cuad vhg ugsgkx pvbtomm eecd bcppnk jiratzfv erp vhapecmo
